I checked back on my MegaUpload file manager to see how far along the file’s gone, and man, there are a lot of Young Avengers fans out there. It was such a pleasant surprise <3
So since I read in a few blogs that they couldn’t get the.cbz file to open, HERE is the untouched .zip file with all the original .jpeg scan files inside. Continue enjoying :)
P.S. I’m really glad you guys aren’t complaining about the shitty quality of the scans. I have NO IDEA how the legit guys do it, and make them look all pretty and fixed and all that.

Currently Reading: Avengers: The Children’s Crusade #8
The whole comic was pretty exhilarating, as you can imagine. It’s probably the climax of the entire series. The whole time I was reading, all I kept thinking about was how one of them was going to die, and the whole issue ultimately led up to that. Like a true suspense novel, they saved the death scene for the last page. They dropped a couple of hints as the story unfolded, making you sort of guess all the while who of the kids was about to go bye-bye. It wasn’t who I had hoped it wouldn’t be, but it’s pretty heartbreaking nonetheless.
For those of you who care, here’s a little hint: it isn’t either of the original four.
I was about to post the death scene, but I figured it wouldn’t be fair to anyone. So instead, let me just post my favorite scene from the book, which is probably the most intense mother/son scene between these two as of yet. I mean, just look at it. It’s so perfectly drawn! Kudos to Jim Cheung, Mark Morales, and Justin Ponsor for the amazing drawings, and of course, to Allan Heinberg for the whole story.
I really hope things still work out, eventually.
